Ever since I was a child I liked to create and explore the world. I remember as early as 3 years old I loved to draw and create art. I would spend hours drawing anything I found interesting such as landscapes, animals, items in my room and designs. I found it amazing how things could be captured with just a pencil and paper.
Soon the passion of drawing opened the doors for photography. I remember taking my step brother’s camera when I was about 4 years old and looking through the lens. He wasn’t too happy when I tried to take it apart to see how it worked. But, he understood I was curios and young.
I received a camcorder in middle school for my birthday and experimented with angles, lighting and learned how video recording worked. I would video action scenes such as baseball games and learned the different settings. Soon I was making short movies and scenes with friends and family.
Out of high school I received a scholarship to San Francisco State University where I studied multimedia to open the doors to more creativity and to make a career. In 2002 I graduated with certification in “Digital Design and Production”.
Currently I am specialized in audio production for voice-over recording, audio mixing, post production and live sound. Audio is my full time career and profession.
Humble and blessed is how I feel to wake up in the morning and love the work I do.
Audio is not just listening, but can be visual as well. Close your eyes and see a new world.
